Article Title: Chronic cough frustrates a 4-year-old boy.
Abstract: The article describes the case of a four-year-old boy with chronic cough. The boy was born late pre-term by urgent cesarean delivery with an uncomplicated post-natal course. The cough is non-productive and is not exacerbated with activity or laying in the supine position. The frontal chest X-ray showed proof of clustered gas collections at the gastroesophageal junction.
