Article Title: Red papulonodule with central crusting on a neonate's cheek.
Abstract: The article presents a case of a newborn boy who was presented with asymptomatic 8-millimeter (mm) red papulonodule with central crusting on his right cheek. His mother's pregnancy was complicated by obesity and maternal type 2 diabetes mellitus. Among his initial differential diagnosis are infantile hemangiomas and infectious disease. He was eventually diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis.
