Article Title: Toileting Habits of Nurses.
Abstract: "Nurse bladder" is an anecdotal description of unhealthy bladder habits among female nurses. Two hundred registered nurses working in inpatient, outpatient, and surgical units in a tertiary medical center were surveyed, and most reported poor voiding habits at work. However, when the voiding frequency was averaged, it appeared normal, and the subjective report of study participants regarding delayed voiding and lack of bathroom availability reflected reduced voiding opportunities at work.
