Abstract: The article focuses on a study related to use of temporoparietal fascial (TPF) flap in repair of middle fossa cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) ear leakage. Topics discussed include procedure involved in surgical technique in closer of tegmen defects, required postoperative care including exercise avoidance and use stool softeners and characteristics and effectivness of TPF flap in CSF leak repair.
